The ‘classic’ massage. This type of massage uses kneading, stroking, tapping, and vibrations to ease tension and promote relaxation.

A slower, firmer massage for chronic pain, injuries, and general problem areas.

Heated stones are used during massage and placed along the body  to promote relaxation, flexibility, and reduce muscle spasms. This massage is ideal for working deeper without discomfort.

(AKA Decompression Therapy) This treatment/ massage uses suction cups to lift and revitalize muscle, tissue, and skin. The vacuum created by the cups causes tissue expansion, draws cellular waste to the surface for better circulation, stimulates the lymph system, and promotes better skin hydration through the expanded pores. This treatment can also be good for those who need deeper work but are more sensitive to pain.

I find that scalp massage can give a very unique sense of relaxation unlike anywhere else on the body. I use peppermint oil to help with headaches and create a refreshing environment. Book this treatment as an add-on to your massage. Adds 15 minutes to service time.

This massage uses small, flat stones of different shapes to work all around the face and neck. The cold is used to reduce inflammation, shrink pores, improve skin tone, help with headaches, and ease sinus congestion. Perfect for allergy relief too!
